"Customer Support"
Ive booked for the wrong dates with non-refundable option. After calling the support hotline they changed the dates in 10 minutes, even though on their website it said this was not possible.

I didnt have to pay anything additionally. Very good and fast service.

Why no refund on hotel booking thats a month away & only 2 days after booking

“Deceptive advertising. Their website shows "Free Cancellation" with the lowest rate, which is the non-refundable rate. Minutes after booking the non-refundable rate, I contacted them through chat and they refused to change my booking to the free cancellation.”
